I have been renovating the back of the office and decided to have my teeth cleaned. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a dental chair. I can say from spending not just an hour or so but weeks with this staff that they are a special bunch. From the front desk to the Doc these are genuinely caring and friendly folks. My first visit was an emergency appointment. I was taken right away. From the minute I walked in I felt very comfortable and I knew that the patient came first. My problem was taken care of immediately and pain free the entire time. The procedures and follow up were explained very well and any questions I had were welcomed. We have been in Indian Trail for almost 5 years and have had negative experiences with dental care here so far. I have found my dentist at Pleasant Plains.
